TOUCHDOWN!!

Andrew is the tallest player in this picture (2nd from the right).

The 6 points on the left belong to Andrew!  YES!  He scored his first official touchdown and it couldn't have been prettier!!  I'm so proud of him!!

He even let me take a picture of him after the game.  He was already sore by that point from all the tackles he received.  But he played an excellent game!  Unfortunately they lost to their biggest rival, but it was still a great game.

Here is Andrew making a catch.  The guy coming at him tackled him right after the picture but I think he gained quite a bit of yardage on this catch!

Newest Pictures

All of our water appliances went in this week.  Including a new hot tub on the front porch.  Anyone wanna join us?  The water swirls with lots of junk floating in it.  I'm sure it's fine!  Nice location don't you think?  By the way, if you come visit, you better come to the back door.

Fall Festival Parade

Rachel threw candy behind her school float and Andrew marched with the band.

By the way- see all those stars on that float????  I cut all 400 of them myself.  :)

Book Report

Rachel checked a cookbook out of her school library.  Interesting choice, I thought..

anyway, she asked if she could make something from it, so we went to the store to get the ingredients.  After we made it, she said she wanted to take it to school to share.  (It would have been nice to know that ahead of time...) I emailed her teacher to ask if that was OK and we got the go ahead.  SO she took the treat to school to share with her class and a few teachers she promised it to.  Her teacher thought it was neat.  :)

We went for our electrical walk-through today.  The electrician let me paint on the floor.  (I thought it looked like fun!) Anyway, this is what I painted...right where our bed goes.
